We stand behind our products and warrant that all items are free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair your jewel or replace it with a new, non-defective item. If that item is no longer available, we will fully refund you.
To last longer, each Niko piece is manufactured following the best practices and from ethically sourced materials. We believe our creation will not disappoint you, and so we cover a 1-year warranty on each purchase. We ensure strict QC before dispatch, and this also means that the warranty will not cover scratches that come with normal wear and tear. Wear and tear include ring scratches, peels, bending out of shape or breakage from rough use, loss or disappearance of gems or parts, tarnish or deterioration due to contact with toxic acids, chemicals and other substances.
Additionally, warranty is applicable only on pieces directly purchased from us and not from any third-party sellers.
